Who is behind Hamsa Nandini's rise
Hamsa Nandini have no regrets restricting herself to guest roles and item numbers as she believes doing quality work is all that matters. "How much we are able to entertain the audience is the key even if its a 5 min appearance. My journey began with female lead roles. But, I don't want to appear on screen for 2 and a half hours just for the heck of it. There is no use of choosing ineffective roles just for the sake of more screen time. When it comes to Item Song, The whole attention of viewers will be on me and hence I enjoy doing them," she says.
During the shooting of 'Eega' in which she played a guest role, Rajamouli advised Hamsa Nandini to prefer promising roles and his words changed her mindset/career forever. Despite appearing in item numbers, She is very particular that there should be no scope for vulgarity.
Post 'Loukyam', Hamsa Nandini will be seen as Princess in Gunasekhar's 'Rudramadevi'. She even learnt horse riding and sword wielding techniques for the historical project which is slated for December release.
