Shankar’s previous directorial ‘Robo’ was the first South film to touch 100 cr, the technical wonder features Superstar Rajinikanth in ever seen avatar as Chitt-The Robo. Now, the ace filmmaker is planning to make a sequel to ‘Robo’in Hollywood style, after wrapping up big budget ‘I’.
The latest buzz being heard is that Rajinikanth will star in the lead for the sequel as well. Reportedly, Rajini gave his nod to Shankar in a recent meet and he was impressed with the script.
It is being heard that Shankar is keen to cast Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger for one of the key role, reportedly as Villain. At ‘I’ audio event, Arnold expressed his desire to work with this Tamil creative director. So, Terminator might give his nod for Robo 2. if it happens, Robo sequel will be a sensation in Indian Film History. It will be a visual feast, if Rajini and Arnold appears together on silver screen.
This much-awaited project will be officially announced after the release of ‘I'.
