Bad news to Akkineni fans
The news that ANR's last film 'Manam' lost out in the Oscar nomination battle has disappointed Akkineni fans and Telugu film buffs.
The screening committee that picks India's official entry to the Oscar Awards has not considered both 'Manam' and 'Minugurulu'. Both the films were forwarded by Telugu film chamber.
Geetanjali Thapa and Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer 'Liar's Dice' is India's entry under best foreign film category for the 87th Academy Awards. The film has already won National best film award.
